Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tortillas according to established recipes and standards
- Operate tortilla-making equipment and machinery

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of tortilla-making techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with menu planning and food industry standards
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
