Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Use Aloha POS system to enter orders and process payments
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Skills:
- Proficiency in using OpenTable for reservations and seating arrangements
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes to assist guests with menu choices
- Experience with Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Understanding of restaurant operations and standards
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Familiarity with the food industry trends and practices
