We have an opening for a Backend Software Engineer to join our Agile software development team who will be involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle. The Software Engineer will have the following responsibilities : Code, test, and maintain end-to-end applications that run clients, in enterprise network environments, and on blockchain networksParticipate in the full Agile software development process including brainstorming user stories, planning sprints, doing peer reviews, and of course lots of hands-on-keyboard codingDevelop test cases, both unit and integration tests (we’re big on automation and continuous integration)Use well-established orchestration and provisioning frameworks like Kubernetes and DockerDeploy and manage complex networks across cloud platforms. We’ve worked hard to stay cloud agnostic!Be ready for troubleshooting anywhere, whether it’s inside a client application or on one of 20 Docker containers running on a cloud instanceBe committed to high-quality software development principles while still meeting programmatic milestonesRequirements : Minimum Qualifications and RequirementsCollege or university degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or a related discipline2-5 yrs. experience in the fieldExcited to work in a start-up environment and to experience all the excitement that goes with itSolid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and common programming languages, such as Go, C , and Java.
