UAV/Drone Pilot

Edko, LLC is seeking UAV/drone pilots to apply herbicides. A background in forestry, arboriculture, experience with UAVs or a related field is beneficial but not required. Personnel will perform herbicide application along rights-of-way and roadsides and must be able to lead a small team in operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to interpret and follow maps
• Ability to use a laptop, radio communications and mobile apps
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record is required
• The ability to work independently for long hours and out of town with extended overnight travel
• Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills or drone experience a Plus
• A candidate with a Part 107 license is preferred

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
