Job Description: Our Managers will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with our Team Members and Guests. S/he will recruit, train and retain employees. Our Managers will ensure food is in compliance with all company standards in the areas of food safety, quality, and taste and guarantee food is presented properly, served at suitable temperatures quickly and with Southern Hospitality. S/he will be responsible for creating a positive culture that treats everyone with respect and feels like family. S/he will be responsible for meeting financial goals set out by the company and always maintaining the highest degree of personal and professional integrity.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Our Managers must be friendly, Guest-oriented and understand how to create an atmosphere of Southern Hospitality
- Open availability is a requirement for all Managers
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for our Managers
- Our Managers must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
- This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
Salary : $58 - $63
