Edmonds Auto License & Service is looking for a friendly member to join our amazing team!
We are a family-owned, full-service licensing subagency located in beautiful Edmonds, WA. Our office renews auto and boat license tabs, processes title transfers, issues license plates, and more.
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Licensing Representative who is organized and detail oriented. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding vehicle licensing for customer inquiries.
Ability to determine customer needs and assist.
Effective at working with a diverse group of customers.
Accurately process vehicle/vessel license transactions such as tab renewals, title transfers, trip permits, disabled parking privileges and more.
Collect all necessary fees from customers with accurate cash/check/credit card handling.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer transactions.
Follow specified rules and protocols.
Team player who works well with others.
Requirements/Qualifications:
DOL Vehicle License Representative Certification.
Vehicle/Vessel Title Clerk experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Work well in a busy office setting.
Good knowledge of basic computer programs and functions.
Aptitude for attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Cash handling experience.
Motivated in continual learning and growth.
Reliable and dependable.
Professional demeanor.
Must be able to pass a Washington State Patrol background check.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Education/Experience:
Provide a copy of Washington State Department of Licensing Certificate for VLR training required.
Minimum of 2 years administrative and customer service experience.
Minimum of 1 year titling/licensing experience at a subagent or county auditor’s level.
Experience and knowledge of Washington State Department of Licensing DRIVES software required.
Management/Supervisor experience a plus.
High school diploma or GED.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
