Position Profile:
As a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and sales departments. This position is responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks, executing marketing campaigns, and engaging with various social media platforms.

Job Duties and Accountabilities:
Marketing & Sales Coordinator:
Marketing & Administrative Duties:
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality of the marketing department.
- Support the marketing manager in organizing various projects.
- Maintain and stock inventories of marketing materials.
- Assist in ordering annual marketing merchandise.
- Engage with social media by liking, commenting, and interacting with doctor’s posts (30 minutes per platform in the morning and afternoon).
- Monitor office social media pages for important announcements and compile them for Monday morning sales calls.
- Spend at least an hour per week researching and following new doctors' offices on social media, requesting follows when possible.
- Track and document analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for presentation at marketing meetings.
- Assist in organizing special events, including SSOP classes and Study Club events.
- Prepare and deliver promotional materials such as Christmas cards, calendars, and special occasion cards for doctors.
- Manage all internal printing for the laboratory.
- Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather data for paid advertising on social media and Google.
- Manage LinkedIn B2B lead generation software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Doctor & Sales Team Support Duties:
- Facilitate proper setup of new doctor accounts.
- Maintain and track doctor accounts by collecting and summarizing data for ABS fields.
- Communicate directly with doctors and offices to build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot doctor portal inquiries and issues via phone.
- Ensure route lists and drop-off sheets are always up to date.
- Support the sales team with all necessary materials and information.
- Oversee the preparation and management of outgoing LIK boxes, ensuring materials are correct and up-to-date.
- Utilize a checklist to meticulously confirm all LIK boxes include necessary materials before shipping.
- Maintain and stock office supplies while seeking cost savings on products.
- Update and maintain weekly spreadsheets, reports, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience/Skills:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with doctors and sales representatives.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data for decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary : $18 - $20
