Position Profile:
The Marketing & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating with the Marketing Manager to implement innovative campaigns for branding and product launches. The duties include market research, recording data from campaign results and generating those reports, and helping oversee the companys social media channels. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the sales department.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Marketing & Administrative Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
- Liaise with creative team and Marketing Manager to come up with campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales
- Track and document various platform analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients through networking and prospecting
- Identify and pursue potential new customers
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality of the marketing department
- Social media management
- Assist in organizing special events, including courses and events
- Manage all internal printing
- Maintain and stock inventories of marketing materials
- Support the sales team with all necessary marketing materials and information
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications and Experience/Skills:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in marketing, or equivalent experience, preferred
- Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with doctors and sales representatives
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data for decision-making
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
