The position works independently to maintain caseloads of students/families by coordinating resources, collaborating with staff, and building positive professional relationships. One of the key outcomes for this role is increased graduation rates for ML students in the school district. Additionally, this position uses bilingual/multilingual and English proficiency with students/families as needed to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 180 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year based on continued grant funding for this position; however, an employee's total work hours and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $44.66 per hour (2024-2025 Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule)
Position Type/Level: Professional - Technical Employee Level D

Required Qualifications:
** All certificates, transcripts, or degrees completed outside of the U.S.A or Canada must be evaluated by a member from the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). The final evaluation report must confirm education equivalent to a minimum two years of college-level credit or a degree (AA, BA, MA) from an accredited college in the United States.
