Duties
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
