Job summary:
The Warehouse and Shipping Lead performs functions necessary to ensure the accurate receiving of inventory, and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Responsibilities:
Excel in working alongside and leading a small team.
Lead by example while performing specific tasks.
Able to pick, process, pack and ship orders.
Operate computerized shipping software. Schedule shipments.
Prepare and print shipping documentation such as packing lists and shipping labels.
Receive incoming trucks/containers, put away, consolidate, stack product and material accurately in warehouse and coolers.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis.
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to give and implement clear verbal instructions and guidance.
Attention to detail is required.
Good communication, reading and basic math skills.
Strong work ethic with willingness to learn.
Cooperative and productive team member.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
Warehouse work experience a plus.
Fork lift experience a plus.
Valid Driver's License, provide own commuting transportation.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
