We are a strong and growing Heating & Plumbing manufacturers' rep agency serving all of New England and Upstate New York. We have an immediate full-time Events Administrator position on our marketing team available.
The Events Administrator will develop, plan, organize and execute a wide range of events of varying sizes and purposes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with the Co-op program with all manufacturers and customers.
- Coordinates all aspects of trade shows, sporting events and national events, including registration, travel, hotel, flights, agenda, etc.
- Collects and compiles costs of events per manufacturer in an organized fashion for administration, leadership, and manufacturers to review.
- Manage payments for events, including debit memos and invoices.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback from shows and customer events in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company administration and leadership.
- Collects and maintains data from shows and events required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in providing literature, samples, and other POP for events.
- Answering phones as needed.
- Maintain multiple event calendars, including changes to events as needed.
- Producing fliers for events as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in event planning and administration, with two (2) – four (4) years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as event registration platforms, project management systems, Microsoft Suite – Excel proficiency, and CRM database.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to support events.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to set up and participate in activities, which may include squatting, bending, and lifting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
