Edoxx Technical Services LLC is a US Company based in Houston, Texas, with access to 350 highly experienced and advanced Engineers and Technicians delivering know-how and expertise in Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering. Other related fields such as Projects Control, QA / QC Inspection, 3D Geometrical and Intelligent Modeling, and Drafting are also available.
Our client is looking for a Flow Assurance Engineer to work on-site at their Rogerdale, Houston office.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver process engineering services that meet our client, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
- Perform flow assurance engineering services such as :
Steady state and transient multiphase flow simulations, heat transfer and flash calculations on PC- based software packages (with emphasis on using OLGA & PVTsim).
Hydrocarbon fluid characterization.Analyze results of the simulations and recommend optimum hydraulic operating conditions.Identify and report changes to project scope.Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reportsKeep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in flow assurance engineering.Communicate effectively with the engineering team and project stakeholders, including Customers.Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field2 years of relevant industry experienceEffective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to our client and its customers.Good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.Strong fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mass transfer knowledgeGood working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.Engineering experience in the same or similar industry and developing leadership skills.Experience developing machine learning algorithms and data analysis tools.Familiar with CCUS and CO2 transportation modeling conceptsPowered by JazzHR
