Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase profitability.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical staff.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL license must be retained with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements.
- 6 years of experience in an operations leadership role. Propane experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with employees and customers.
- Detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis, strategic planning, measurements, and fiscal responsibility.
