Responsibilities:
- Servicing/repairing and installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems that include: Propane and Oil Heating Systems including furnaces and boilers, Heat pumps, Air Conditioning systems, Ductless systems,
- Install, Service and Troubleshoot propane equipment including tanks, regulators, gas lines,etc
- Complete daily calls dispatched to technician
- Getting complete detailed diagnostics and materials needed for repairs/installations.
- Inputting all information into customer profiles while on the job
- Creating customer relations
- Upgrading and giving options to customers to meet their needs
- Continuing education with the help of the company
- Working Overtime as needed.
- This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
- Must have 3-5 years experience in HVAC repairs/and or installations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check/drug test
- Must be able to maintain company vehicle's cleanliness and stock
- EPA Universal Certified
- ***NATE Certification not required but is a plus***
