As a Dinner Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience begins and ends on a high note. Your welcoming demeanor and organizational skills will help set the tone for an extraordinary meal, and your attention to detail will ensure a seamless flow from the moment guests arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome. Escort them to their tables promptly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Reservations Management: Communicate with guests to handle reservation requests and answer questions. Manage table assignments efficiently using the Resy system, considering flow, volume, and server station needs.
- Hospitality: Ensure every guest feels special by managing special requests and helping to maintain a smooth, enjoyable dining atmosphere.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to assist with closing side work or any other tasks necessary to ensure a smooth service.
- Departing Guests: Thank guests for their visit, invite them to return, and make sure they leave with a positive impression.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A genuine love for making people feel welcome and ensuring they have a top-notch experience.
- Availability for 3–5 shifts per week, including weekends, holidays, and on-site events.
