Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes, office spaces, and yachts. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, office properties, and yachts including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the properties/yachts.
- Vacuuming underneath beds and hard to reach areas.
- Straightening bed linens, pillows, etc...
- Clean kitchens including sinks, wiping down and sanitizing countertops, tables, cabinets, chairs, flooring, and ovens. Emptying dishwashers, cleaning inside of refrigerators/microwaves, emptying trash.
- Clean bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and flooring.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpet and upholstery through regular carpet cleaning and spot cleaning.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate stairs when necessary.
- Transportation is not required for this position, however travel can be compensated if personal vehicle is utilized for cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively in various environments.
- Experience in residential cleaning is beneficial, along with skills in carpet cleaning and laundering.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
