About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with EDU Healthcare, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional health services to educational systems nationwide. You will have the opportunity to work with PreK-5th grade students in a supportive school district in SC, making a meaningful impact on their communication and academic success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and speech disorders in exceptional education students
- Evaluating, screening, and observing students to develop effective treatment plans
- Writing evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure seamless therapy coordination and progress tracking
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree from an ASHA-accredited university
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification, or the ability to obtain it
- Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required
