Job
We are looking for someone who is interested in supporting Japanese students while they attend school in California. Main responsibilities include taking care of international students and communicating with schools, host families, and the Japanese side. Office assistance including research, paperwork, phone calls, emails, and general office work. Occasional outings such as attending to students are also required.

Take care of international students:
- Help students with questions, concerns, or problems during their study abroad
- Provide academic support for long-term students, etc.
Communicate with the school, host family, and Japanese counterparts:
- Address any questions, concerns, or problem solving during the study abroad experience
- Report to Japanese study abroad agents and parents
Research:
- Travel details of the program to Japan
- Program details
- School information, etc.
Documentation:
- Provide monthly reports for students
- Compile or translate school profiles
- Make or distribute flyers for new programs, etc.
Attendance and other outings:
- School tours

- Airport
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
