USD 307 pays up to $600 towards the District Health Insurance as well as $70 per month toward a 403b Retirement Plan. We offer 13 discretionary leave days and a teacher-friendly calendar. We have a grant fund for teachers to receive assistance with paying for advanced degree college courses. The Cardinal Foundation offers mini-grants yearly to assist teachers with additional needs.
