ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, adoption, and engagement across our premier Business client’s Commercial Sector Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will lead integrated marketing campaigns that engage senior decision-makers and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to design and execute impactful programs—ranging from executive engagement events to digital campaigns and third-party sponsorships. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong stakeholder collaboration across all internal business and enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer-Centric Strategy: Understand and advocate for the needs of our commercial customers—identify their pain points, buying behavior, and how the Business uniquely delivers value.
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute end-to-end Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs) tailored to senior enterprise audiences.
• Field Marketing Execution: Manage field-facing initiatives including:
o Executive engagement, roundtables and customer advisory boards
o Webinars and virtual experiences
o Third-party sponsorships, trade shows and conferences
o Digital marketing and email campaigns
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams—as well as external agencies—to align strategies and execute marketing plans.
• Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with relevant messaging, tools, and content to improve customer engagement and accelerate deal velocity.
• Measurement & Reporting: Develop metrics-driven reporting to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and marketing-attributed pipeline.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience in B2B sales/field marketing for an enterprise organization.
• Experience, designing and delivering field marketing motions like Executive Engagement Events, Webinars (creating from scratch), tradeshows/conferences, sponsorships and email campaigns.
• 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing/integrated marketing campaign execution
• 1-2 years email marketing
• 1-2 years developing webinars and executive engagement programs.
• Project Management experience with proficiency in Salesforce, Airtable, Asana or other PM tool.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and results-oriented environment
