Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Client Services Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Ontario, CA and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 2-month contract to hire role that pays $25.15 per hour. The key to this role is strong multi-tasking, customer service, and attention to detail skills. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a close-knit, fast-paced, professional team environment.
- Provide typing, formatting, proofreading, and editing support for brokers and office staff.
- Redline documents and work with templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage heavy email correspondence and multitask efficiently.
- Back up the reception desk and assist with event setup and takedown.
- Support various administrative tasks within the Operations team as needed.
- Maintain a personable and friendly demeanor, contributing to a team-focused culture.

Required Skills:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (must be highly proficient in Word and basic skills in Excel)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good attention to detail, multi-tasking, customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a corporate environment is highly preferred.

- Real estate experience/background is nice to have.
