Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SolidWorks Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience with SolidWorks Design, preferably in the design of stainless steel welded structural sheet metal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and detail drawings of equipment and systems for projects in SolidWorks and AutoCAD applications
- Select mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components
- Communicate with fabrication shops during design and build of equipment
- Visit fabrication shops and customer sites to evaluate and support equipment
- Design state-of-the-art processing and conveying equipment and systems
Requirements:
- 2 years design experience using Solidworks and/or AutoCAD (3D modeling/designing)
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical design
- 1 years experience designing STAINLESS steel welded structural sheet metal
- Strong design acumen and technical ability to detail out drawings for sheet metal structures
