ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist working onsite in Seattle, WA to support our premier client’s product marketing team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of email and push marketing. This position begins as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide governance over email and push channel WW
- Analyze and report on US email and push campaign performance
- Build US email and push campaigns
- QA US email and push campaigns
- Develop and execute targeting strategy for email and push campaigns
- Manage calendar optimizations and re-sends of performant campaigns to maximize send volume
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, push, on-device/mobile, and/or display
- Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
- BA/BS required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing large-scale email/push marketing programs
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Proficiency with analytics tools
- Have relentlessly high standards and high attention to detail.
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
