We are seeking a highly motivated Email & Event Marketing Manager to lead our premier client’s end-to-end execution of their email campaigns, webinars, and event logistics. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, ensuring the execution of marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. This role starts as a 9-month contract position with a preference for reporting on-site in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and test weekly email campaigns using Pardot and other tools.
- Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute quarterly webinars, including speaker coordination, content preparation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Product, Events) and external partners, ensuring alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Manage logistics for upcoming events, ensuring all deliverables are on track.
- Utilize SQL to extract relevant data for campaign performance and optimization.
- Maintain documentation, transition notes, and best practices for a seamless handover.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in marketing campaign management, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Basic SQL knowledge to extract and analyze marketing data.
- Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B marketing, event planning, or tech industry marketing.
