Our Waukesha-based client, a provider of Custom Computing solutions for Medical, Industrial, and Defense industries, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role oversees payroll processing using ADP software, manages the employee lifecycle, and handles onboarding. The HR Business Partner also supports employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. This position reports directly to the Vice President and offers a Hybrid work model after initial on-site training. The position is full-time, 1st shift, working Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, located in Waukesha, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange payroll processing and benefits administration using ADP software, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll functions.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
- Lead HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, and diversity & inclusion initiatives, driving continuous improvement and development.
- Promote employee engagement and cultivate a positive workplace culture through initiatives designed to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices, fostering a compliant and effective workplace.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Support workforce planning, restructuring, and change management efforts to align with the company’s strategic goals and organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Payroll Processing and extensive use of ADP software
- Proven expertise in managing Payroll Systems and Benefits Administration using ADP
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
