ESC’s premier healthcare client is seeking an HR Service Center Representative to join their organization working remotely. The role works M-F 8am-4:30pm and starts as a 3-month contract opportunity affording long-term potential for a top performer. The Service Center Rep serves as an integral member of a team providing escalated HR support to internal team members and managers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handles escalated HR inquiries via phone, web, or email using available tools and resources.
- Resolves issues within service level agreements, documenting cases in a management tool and escalating complex issues to Tier II, COE, or HRIS teams as needed.
- Provides assistance on navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.
- Performs administrative and data management tasks and ensures adherence to quality and resolution timeframes.
- Stays updated on policies and practices to support timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or five years of experience in customer service.
- Associate’s degree
- Must live in IL, IN, WI, or VA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Case Management Tools & Workday (HRIS preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing with all levels within the organization demonstrating a high level of integrity, ethics, and customer service.
