Large-Scale Construction Lead

Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our large-scale construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project activities to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project finances and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Identify and address potential project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns
• Lead and support project teams to foster a positive work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects, including ground-up new construction
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
