Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities / asset management is seeking to add an Office Services Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Tacoma, WA and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 4 to 5-month contract role that pays $23.65 per hour. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings, including room reservations, equipment setup, and catering.
- Greet and direct visitors, answer calls, and handle mail distribution.
- Order and maintain office supplies, troubleshoot missed deliveries, and oversee office equipment maintenance.
- Request building and equipment services as needed.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including invoice coding and expense tracking.
- Maintain a professional and client-ready office environment, including cleaning and restocking common areas.
- Handle minor office maintenance tasks (e.g., loading dishwasher, restocking snacks, maintaining coffee machines).
- Serve as the point of contact for internal requests and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies while working under direct supervision.
- Maintain professionalism during downtime and adhere to business casual dress code.
