Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage service requests.
- Oversee office management duties, including supplies and organization.
- Communicate with clients and address inquiries.
- Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable, including coding invoices and gathering background information.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with spreadsheet management.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- High School Diploma or GED.
