Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Real Estate Services Administrator to its team. This role will work onsite in Philadelphia, PA and works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a 5-month contract-to-hire role that pays $29.60 per hour. The key to this role is a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation, an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact by professionally answering tenant complaint calls and addressing their inquiries.
- Work Order Management: Accurately enter and process work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues.
- Progress Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to monitor and communicate updates on the status of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Vendor Compliance: Verify certificates of insurance for external vendors to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Positive attitude
