The Sr. Digital Ops Project Manager leads complex projects supporting the consumer journey by managing resources, processes, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality digital or point-of-care solutions from planning to implementation.
Major Responsibilities :
- Manage strategic projects from planning to implementation, minimizing risks.
- Develop project schedules and track progress against timelines and budgets.
- Lead project teams, ensuring efficient resource use and milestone completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and results.
- Communicate project updates to teams, leadership, and partners.
- Track post-implementation results and incorporate learnings.
- Optimize workflow processes and documentation for efficiency.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project management staff.
- Support resource planning and resolve capacity issues.
- Guide project intake, prioritization, and process improvements.
- Champion digital and consumer experience initiatives in project delivery.
