ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst working onsite in Erlanger, KY to support our premier client’s air cargo team. The ideal candidate will have some form of logistical experience with air, ground, or sea. This 11-month contract role provides valuable exposure to air cargo logistics and supply chain processes. We’re looking for candidates with experience in logistics—whether in air, ground, or sea transport.
Available shifts include:
- Friday–Monday: Four 10-hour shifts, either 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or 6:00 PM–4:00 AM
- Monday–Friday: Standard 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Monitor flights in network
- Track daily cargo shipments throughout the network, identify errors at sites, and develop corrective solutions to implement
- Confirm shipment bookings for customers and audit reservations against internal systems
- Communicate with sites on upcoming shipments and provide updates to customers when required.
- Identify shipping trends between customers to streamline capacity adjustments and maximize package attainment
- Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments to improve customer service and experience
- Create shipment orders for invoicing and Finance departments
Required Skills:
- Associate’s degree in Logistics or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline
- Strong Logical and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Conceptual understanding of systems and processes
- 1-3 years of logistical experience (air, ground, or sea)
- Previous experience in Customer Service and strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, or Supply Chain/Operations discipline
