Daycare Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role requires a passion for working with young children and the ability to foster their development through play and structured activities.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Assist children with daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Document children's progress and maintain accurate records as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Familiarity with various types of vehicles such as Flatbed, Commercial vehicle, Shuttle driving, Warehouse vehicles, Tanker trucks, Dump trucks, Paratransit vehicles, Box trucks, Bus driving, and Forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Split shift
