Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Makes telephone calls to students and transfers to appropriate staff member
· Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office
· Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
· Maintains hard copy and electric filing system
· Coordinates and maintains records for student files
· Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences
· Supports staff in assigned project based work
· Other duties as assigned
· Regular and reliable attendance
Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Professional verbal and written communication skills; telephone protocol
