Job Summary
E@W is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to assist in implementing a campus recruitment strategy that yields high-achieving students from colleges and universities in the El Paso, TX area. The successful candidate's primary duties will be to manage the recruitment process for student employees and increase brand awareness among a wide range of stakeholders and university members.
\n- Serve as the main point of contact for applicants from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Assist in implementing a campus recruitment strategy at colleges and universities in the El Paso area.
- Utilize various platforms, including social media, and job boards to source candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate the student new hire credentialing process.
- Maintain requisitions and applicant/interview/hire/attrition data.
- Communicate Education at Work’s philosophy and mission through various student interactions, including on-campus events, one-on-one meetings, classroom presentations, and student group sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1 year of working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
- 1 year of contact/call center experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of college/university structure and ability to navigate academic life, student life, and auxiliary services on respective campuses is preferred.
- Knowledge of call center systems and performance statistics is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Willingness to work above and beyond traditional work week, including evenings and weekends.
- Hybrid work environment.
- Must be flexible to work outside of business hours on occasion to participate in recruitment events.
- Some travel may be required.
