We are looking for a candidate who will take pride in their work, Supporting the Athletics Department by performing varied administrative and confidential duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, which will permit the Director of Athletics & Activities to devote maximum attention to position responsibilities.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US: includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists in the planning and coordination of the student activities program which includes scheduling events, facilities, officials, support personnel (i.e. security/police, scorekeepers, ticket takers), and complete eligibility process.
- Assists in the oversight of extracurricular activities.
- Assists in the enforcement of District Policies.
- Assists in the enforcement of District and PIAA eligibility requirements.
- Assists in the preparation of the Student Activities budget.
- Coordinates the ordering, maintenance, storage and inventory of equipment for student activities.
- Assists in the promoting and publicizing of student activities.
- Assists in supporting the student activities program by providing information to parents and community.
- Coordinates with parents and community to support the student activities and inform these groups of district policy and procedures.
- Assists counselors in the collection of activities information for award and scholarship opportunities.
- Promotes and organizes award programs for all student activities.
- Assists in the use of facilities process.
- Arrange for transportation for practices and sporting events and activities
- Handles money and deposits for tickets sales and activities accounts.
- Assists in supporting the Athletic Director at the Middle School.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Other accounting software programs (eFinancePlus) desired but not required.

Ability to operate related all office equipment

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Division: ASG (Administrative Specialist Group)
Location: Chichester High School
Shift: 12 Month Employee, 8 hour shifts
Reports to: Director of Athletics & activities
Salary Level: As per ASG Agreement, Starting Salary $39,800/ year
