Who You Are
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving lead generation and growth for our university partners by developing, managing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital media, creative assets, email marketing, website development, and social media. As the primary point of contact for university partners, youll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.
Your main focus will be managing digital media campaigns, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Microsoft platforms. Working alongside a team of digital buying experts, youll be responsible for delivering campaign performance that exceeds partner expectations.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to retain and expand client business, consistently meet inquiry forecasts, and adjust marketing strategies to align with enrollment goals. Youll be accountable for meeting deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously, all while leading teams that you dont directly supervise.

- Develop and monitor testing plans across all areas of the digital campaigns and website properties.
- Communicate strategy, direction, and performance expectations for partner school to internal resources.
- Review creative and project status plans and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide superior customer service and work quality while demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility, and innovation in resolving problems quickly.

What You Offer
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study a plus
Experience
- Agency or client-side experience in digital performance marketing as a buying specialist or account manager, with a focus on Higher Education or related fields.
- Proven success in account management, demonstrating client retention, growth, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools a plus.
- Ability to develop and manage performance metrics, ensuring campaign success.

At least three years of demonstrated experience, including:
- Experience with performance marketing in Higher Education or related fields.
- Expertise in interpreting data from multiple sources to create successful campaigns.
- Strong presentation skills for both internal teams and external clients.
- Media and integrated marketing proficiency.
- Budget and expense management for both internal and external clients.
- Critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Special Requirements Specific to Job:
- Travel which varies month by month but can exceed 30% for some months
