General Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and ESC
- Region 12 districts for all state-mandated assessments, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Coordinate training and support for District Testing Coordinators, campus testing personnel, and other stakeholders on assessment procedures, security and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to districts on the implementation of the STAAR test, including the use of online testing platforms and accommodations.
- Promote collaboration and best practices across districts.
- Provide general support for district and campus leadership teams as needed.
