The ideal candidate for this full time loan processor position will have a positive attitude, great member service/sales skills and previous experience in the financial industry.
The Consumer Loan Processor will be responsible for:
Presenting credit union loan products and services to members
Assisting members with utilizing the products and services
Helping to resolve loan related issues
Processing all loan transactions, accessing account information, credit bureaus and auto blue book information
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of one year loan processing, call center or banking experience
Be proficient in computers and possess good organizational skills
Be service oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Must be available to work between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and the occasional Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m..
