The objective of the Process Improvement Analyst is to use technical skills, and their understanding of credit union processes, to improve efficiencies across the organization. They will be assigned to specific departments to look for efficiencies that can be implemented to improve the member experience and/or to make the processes less laborious or time consuming. The Process Improvement Analyst will report directly to the Project Management Director.
Responsibilities of the position:
Independently design, create and implement solutions that are efficient and user friendly.
Will create in-house solutions using various credit union accepted software applications, primarily using Microsoft SQL, ASP.net and C#.
Provide end-user training and technical support, when applicable.
Develop written documentation detailing the development design and end user procedures.
Requirements of the position:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with all levels of employees including the CEO and senior management.
Goal oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent PC and software skills including MS Word, Excel, and Access.
Experience with relational database design
Experience with ASP.net
Experience with C#
Work independently.
Deal with time constraints and pressure.
Travel as necessary.
Learn additional software programs such as third party vendor software as needed.
Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to complete essential tasks and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field and 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the financial industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Systems solution design and/or process automation is required.
A credit check will be required for those being considered for the position.
Salary : $55,452 - $99,112
