Your role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders to create project charters for key enterprise initiatives, and providing timely and accurate reporting on project status, costs, scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex enterprise-level projects ensuring high-quality standards within defined timelines.
- Establish and manage project scope, goals, milestones, tasks, required resources, and provide timely and accurate cost, scope, and schedule status to all levels of the organization.
- Aid managers in prioritizing projects based on budget, resource constraints, opportunities, risks, and maintain priorities throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with functional managers to facilitate project portfolio management, establish project roles and responsibilities to support effective and consistent project management practices, and ensure alignment between functions and roadmap priorities.
- Ensure projects close effectively through proper production handoff, documentation of learning, and completion of feedback on project resource performance.
- Effectively manage several diverse projects simultaneously.
- Identify and recommend improvements in policies, procedures, tools, and workflows to deliver projects more efficiently and effectively.
- Address questions, concerns, or roadblocks throughout the project.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports to project teams and PMO on project portfolio status, established timelines, and expected results.
- Recommend changes or modifications to meet the intent of projects through alternative solutions, trade-offs, and prioritizations.
