Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Channels, the Website Content Manager is responsible for content on K-LOVE and Air1 websites and apps, and their metadata, SEO, and analytic performance. This role adds, updates, and removes content on webpages, apps, and web navigation through our content management system (CMS). The Website Content Manager will be immersed in publishing through a blog tool and CMS, while monitoring and synchronizing content across digital properties. The Website Content Manager will work with stakeholders (e.g., Donor Engagement, Radio Programming, Marketing, Technology, Pastors, and HR) to integrate website / app assets, raise brand awareness, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of those channels through analytics.
This role is successful when audience engagement grows over time, website / app conversion goals are achieved, and the digital expression of K-LOVE is unified across websites, apps, and approved third-party digital properties.

This is a HYBRID role in Franklin, TN
Here's just some of what you will be doing daily...
- Work within a CMS - and collaborate with other website managers - to manage K-LOVE and Air1 websites / apps.
- Schedule and publish webpages, articles, graphics, forms, and other content onto the K-LOVE and Air1 websites and mobile apps.
- Maintain SEO best practices and site maps, while pro-actively seeking ways to improve our rankings by performing audits of websites and content. Make recommendations and obtain approvals to implement suggested findings.
- Use analytical insights and other digital KPIs to develop an understanding of the existing K-LOVE and Air1 audiences and create content to pursue new ones.
- Work with Technology's Website Development Team to recommend and / or create website / app product features.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the content management process and strive to implement innovative methods.
- Work closely with Digital Content, Radio Programming, Technology, Donor Engagement, and other key stakeholders, to ensure campaigns have an integrated approach, are on brand, and deliver consistent messaging to advance the digital audience experience.
- Monitor and report on website / app analytics and use data-driven decisions to create recommended strategies.
- Participate in cross-channel planning methods including, but not limited to, rich content, editorial calendars, and creative brief outlines.
- Collaborate with Digital Content Producers and Social Media Managers on comprehensive content campaigns, publishing times, content refreshes, and editorial changes.
- Conduct and coordinate quality checks prior to publishing web pages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
