Secondary Math Teacher
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold Ohio teaching license in Mathematics (7-12)
- High school math teaching experience and commitment to a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS);
- Willingness to teach any high school mathematics course, including introductory, intermediate, advanced, and AP courses;
- Experience in implementing interventions targeting specific students’ needs;
- Willingness to collaborate with department members to create and revise curricula and develop common assessments;
- Commitment to communicating with families and establishing positive relationships with students;
- Commitment to learning and implementing restorative practices;
- Commitment to the values of Bexley City School District, including empathy, equity, inclusion, integrity, respect, responsibility, and well-being.
