Title :
Construction Technologies Instructor : Electrical
Responsible To :
Building Principal / Administrator
Supervises :
Educational assistants (para-professionals) / volunteers / student teachers
Work Year : 184 day contract
Terms of Employment :
Contract, salary, and benefits per negotiated agreement.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must currently hold a valid Ohio Career Technical Certificate / License
- If not already certified through ODE, you must participate in an approved state teacher education training program to obtain a valid Ohio
- High School diploma and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in construction trades
- Associate Degree in the content and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction trades
- Bachelor's Degree in the content area and 2 years of work experience in construction trades
- Some instructional or supervisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of content outlined in Construction Technologies Technical Content Standards including technical skills, employability, curriculum development, and professional development skills.
