Duties: The Elementary Principal is responsible for planning and administering effective, efficient elementary school programs which provide an optimal educational program for all students. The Principal facilitates the professional growth of the staff, collects and analyzes data to lead the instructional program, and ensures a safe learning environment.

Qualifications/requirements:
1. Master’s degree from an accredited university in: Education, Educational Leadership, Administration or related field.
2. Valid certified Ohio State Principal’s License
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred
4. Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and data-driven decision-making
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and supportive school environment
7. OTES certified or ability to become certified

7. Promote and create a positive school culture that motivates students and staff
8. Manage school resources efficiently, ensuring effective and fiscally responsible use of the budget and other resources.
9. Lead and support school improvement plans, championing the needs of all learners.
10. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Salary: As per negotiated salary schedule
