General Responsibilities
Assignment/Location:
This position will work full-time, year-round and will serve the Western Washington area, from the Olympia area to the coast.

Essential Functions/Other Functions
- Assist with the coordination of architects, contractors, vendors, owners and jurisdictional authorities; be responsive to same parties in manner prescribed by Project Manager.
- Assist with school facility planning and related pre-financing activities.
- Manage RFI, Change Orders, Submittal logs, tracking and reporting status as directed by a Project Manager.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of project schedules and in the management of project financial tracking reports.
- Establish and maintain project files in hard copy and electronic formats directed by Project Manager.
- Assist with quality assurance through job site walks, preparation of daily reports/log, photographing construction job sites and maintenance of job site documentation as assigned by Project Manager.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills while working with client districts.
- Provide construction and contract management support and general project support as needed.
Other Functions:
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work independently and on a team.
- Attend workshops/professional development opportunities as recommended and approved by Project Manager.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or related field; OR an Associate's degree and two years of experience in business, construction, facilities planning, architecture, design process or owner construction representation; OR a High School Diploma or GED and three years of experience in business, construction, facilities planning, architecture, design process or owner construction representation.
- Experience using MS Office programs.
- Experience reviewing construction plans and specifications.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Planning, Management, Architecture, Business Management or Engineering.
- Experience with the State of Washington public works process.
- Experience with Bluebeam.
- Experience working with the OSPI School Funding Assistance Program.
- Experience with CPM or other scheduling systems.
Working Conditions/Employment Requirements
- Extended or flexible hours as necessary, may include occasional evening and weekend work.
- Occasional travel in ESD service regions, including overnight travel.
- May work in a variety of settings, including outdoors, on construction sites, or in office environments.
- Successful completion of a criminal history and fingerprint check through the WA State Patrol and FBI.

Salary : $76,160 - $97,549
