Note: 4 Paraeducators are provided by school to assist the Special Education Teacher

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to enhance student learning.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Provide support and resources for students with disabilities, including speech and behavioral therapy.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
