Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and administering medications as prescribed.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
