Job Summary :
The Retirement Consultant is responsible for providing education on the client’s current employee retirement plan while providing a thorough explanation of applicable products at the time of enrollment and assisting with the administration / enrollment of all retirement benefits, including but not limited to annuities, life insurance, and other products that are available in the 403b / 457 tax shelters.

- Provide a range of advice on selecting, purchasing, and utilizing benefits
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Interact with and educate potential and existing clients in the products that best suit their needs
- Assess client needs and recommend benefits to fill those needs and help accomplish their goals
- Assist clients in the planning and implementation of product solutions

Current licensed life insurance agent preferred; if not licensed, must be able to obtain life insurance license prior to employment or within first 60 days of employment.
